Frame and hitch are built of superior strength Ex-TEN® fabricated steel plate, 67% stronger than conventional steel
• Hitch is an “A” frame design with an adjustable clevis to level the sprayer
• The axle is made of structural steel tubing – adjustable from 62” to 80” centers
• Hubs are 8 bolt with studs and nuts
• Frame clearance – 24” under axle (Note: Frame height stays the same with either tire choice. The axle is designed to be rotated 180 degrees when wheels are changed.)

BOOMS

Hydraulic fold boom with high quality features and economical pricing! Available in 45’. 60’ coming in future.
Features include:
• Hydraulic lift with parallel lift arms and single acting hydraulic cylinder.
• Hydraulic accumulator suspension for the entire boom (attached to the main lift cylinder) as used on large self-propelled sprayers.
• Boom is self stabilizing. It can rock from side to side by utilizing a swivel ball, coil springs and shock absorber.
• Breakaway secondary wings return automatically
• 30” of travel up & down to a maximum height of 51”.

PLUMBING & ON/OFF VALVES
• All fittings where practical are the new O-Ring design – less potential for leaks and much easier to service if necessary
• 2” Suction lines are used from the tank to the pump and from the 2” fast fill back to the tank for higher volumes and faster filling
• Primary filter is a 2” full port “Y” strainer. Optional self-cleaning filter
• High volume motorized ON/OFF ball valves are located on the center section of the boom for quicker response time.The valves feature:
• O-Ring style flanged fittings
• Sealed motor – can pressure wash
• Sealed “Weather Pack” electrical connectors
• Motor removable from valve in seconds with no tools
• Valves are stackable
HYDRAULICS
• All hydraulic hoses and male tips (ASAE) are included with the sprayers
• All hydraulic fittings are JIC and/or O-Ring style—no pipe thread
• Hydraulic cylinder shafts have NITRO-TECH coating to prevent premature rust (black rather than chrome)
